At True Beef, we raise our cattle the way we raise our family - with love, passion, and respect for the land. Our herd spends summers grazing the mountain meadows of Stanley, Idaho where clean air, fresh water, and open range create naturally healthy beef. We are the luckiest people to live in this land and do what we do! We want to share a piece of it with you!
