Once you complete your order (Payment # 1), your share is reserved with the butcher.

STEP 2 – WHAT’S INCLUDED?:

AFTER the deposit is paid during checkout, we’ll email you to coordinate pickup date.

STEP 3 – WHEN WILL MY SHARE BE READY?:

It takes 2-3 weeks to process after you place your order. We will email you to schedule second payment + pickup details.

Storage & Packaging:
Each cut is flash frozen, (stays fresh for 12+ months), individually vacuum packaged, weighed and labeled. Your Half Beef Share will require 7.5 cu ft of freezer space (think 7.5 milk crates).

$1500 deposit due at checkout, remainder due they day you pick up beef from butcher.

*By placing a down payment for your beef share, you acknowledge that you are required to pick up the beef. Please note that no refunds will be issued after 24 hours from the time of your reservation.
